Disney's
Blizzard Beach is a Water Park based on a snow theme. Water
rides and a great family raft ride. Do a couple of days in the
main parks, then have a rest day on "Blizzard Beach" Can be
busy, don't let that put you off!! Admission is included in the
price of "Park Hopper Plus" tickets. Get there within the first
hour of it opening to reserve your sun bed otherwise you may be
on a chair all day. |

Another Disney Water
Park. This time all situated around a lagoon with wave machine.
Great raft and slide rides. Definitely a place to relax. Don't
get there too late. There are loads of Sun beds, but on a hot
day it is busy. Also part of the "Park Hopper Plus" Ticket. |

Swim with
Dolphins??? A truly special experience. Not the cheapest day
out, but one you will never forget. Cost around £160 for the
full package to swim with Dolphins. Trainer For A Day about £250 |

Universal's theme park alternative to Disney's MGM. Great
entertainment, largely based on the film industry, rides like
The Terminator and Back to the Future.

Don't miss the Incredible Hulk Rollercoaster. Option to join a
separate queue for the front row when you are inside the
building!. Check your ticket to Universal Parks, one day tickets
and some others don't allow you to visit both parks on the same

Busch Gardens is the
place if you like Rollercoaster's!! A bit of a car ride from the
villa (about 70 miles) but hey, its worth it. More "thrill"
rides than many of the other parks, great water rides and a
safari park too. Owned by the people that make Budweiser. Free
samples are available to over 21's |

Can't recommend this
place as have never visited it! Guess its full alligators. Its
in the Orlando area so no great trek to get there. We hear its a
good day out. Not a full day but more than a half day. |

Old Town Kissimmee is a
sort of permanent amusement park, with "Tourist Shops" But that
description doesn't do it justice. Has an incredible cruise on
Saturday evening when there's a parade of hundreds of classic
and custom cars. Cars start arriving around 2pm and the cruise
is about 8pm, check out the website for exact time. Also a
smaller cruise on Fridays for more "Hot Rod" type cars. Old town
is open 7 days a week but I recommend you visit on a Saturday.
Take your bicycle clips if you ride the "Skycoaster" and drop
from 300ft on a trapeze. |

Dolphins, Whales, Rides,
Water. Another place you should really visit. Still as good as
ever, don't miss the Shamu Show or the ride on "Kraken" |

as smaller than "Busch Gardens" but nicer, with rides, animals
and a water park. Not as busy mid week and only about 30
minutes from the villa! |

Disney's Pleasure
Island/Downtown is one of their latest offerings! Plenty to do
in the evening, some free, some not. Includes Nightclubs, Bars,
Restaurants, Shops, Arcades, Street Entertainment and a Comedy
Club. Visit the Comedy Club, I haven't laughed so much for ages.

Wonderworks can be found
on International Drive. You cant miss it! It looks like an
upside down house. Inside are interactive, hands on activities.
Has a pair of amazing simulators where you design your own
Rollercoaster and then ride it. The Chicken inside a box that
plays noughts and crosses with you for its food is a
disappointing negative. |

PR1ME
OUTLETS ( formerly Belz) Manufacturers Shopping Malls offer
plenty of shopping opportunities at very good prices. At the top
of International Drive, you cant miss it, just keep on going.
Definitely worth a visit for your shopping needs. Visit the
Character Warehouse. Buy your Disney clothing at about ½ the
price and its all "Disney" stuff, no cheap copies. |
