£450 per week for the Villa, any
week of the year. Including Christmas and Holidays. We don’t charge “per
person” the price you see is for 1 week's rental for the whole villa.

Welcome to our Luxury 4
Bedroom (sleeps 10), 2 Bathroom Villa which is only 8 minutes from Walt
Disney World, Orlando, Florida and is superbly located to be central to all
the major attractions. All of the major theme parks in the Orlando area are
within 20 minutes drive.
Our Villa is located on Indian Ridge, which is an established community of
single storey homes and is a quiet mix of permanent residential and holiday
homes. The villa has a beautiful mix of solid wood and tiled. It is fully
air conditioned throughout its 2000 sq ft and has its 4 bedrooms situated 2
either side of the main lounge/family area, which makes it ideal for 2
families to share..
Bedroom 1: The Master Suite has a King Size Bed, twin bedside tables,
dresser, 25” cable TV, DVD and telephone. Off the Master bedroom is an en-suite
bathroom with his and hers vanity units, walk in wardrobe, separate bath,
toilet and shower.
Bedroom 2: The American Room has twin single beds and is decorated on a
colonial American theme. 32" TV and DVD. It also has a walk in wardrobe and is situated next
to the Master Suite.
Across the lounge/family area on the other side of the Villa are bedrooms 3
& 4.
Bedroom 3: The Queen Room has (you’ve guessed it!) a Queen size double bed,
dresser and walk in wardrobe. Next door is
Bedroom 4: The Disney Room, but its not just for kids! It has 2 “full size”
single beds, walk in wardrobe, cable TV, DVD and VCR. Also on this side of the
Villa is:-
Bathroom 2: Decorated in Blue and Cream, it has a single vanity unit,
toilet, bath and shower plus a door onto the pool deck, so this bathroom can
be accessed when using the pool without having wet feet through the Villa.
Office: This is located at the front of the Villa to the right of the
entrance hall. It has a large desk with phone point and two sofas, one of
which converts to a Queen size bed.
Kitchen: Located in the central area of the Villa, the kitchen is fully
fitted and equipped with all the equipment you would expect in a luxury
Villa. Having a cooker, microwave, blender, fridge, freezer, ice maker,
toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, and all the crockery and
cutlery you will need. Specific crockery is provided for use on the Pool
Deck. Off the kitchen is:
The Utility Room: With Washer, Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. Also off the
kitchen is:
The Dining Room: Newly decorated and furnished this year, this is ideal
should you wish to eat in.
Family Room/Lounge: Located in the central area, with its 2 large sofas
(including 4 seats that recline), a huge 36” cable TV, VCR, DVD, Multi Disk
Entertainment Centre, this is the focal point of the villa. There is also a
breakfast table seating 4, a breakfast bar with stools, and patio doors lead
out onto the pool deck.
The Villa also has a double garage.
Ceiling fans are provided for your additional comfort in all the main areas
plus bedrooms. There is a full size cot and high chair provided. Hairdryers
are also provided in both bathrooms. All bedrooms have clock radio alarms.
All bed linen, towels, face cloths, kitchen cloths and tea towels are
provided. Please bring your own beach towel for visits to the water parks or
the beach.
Pool and Deck: From the lounge through the patio doors is the covered patio
area (called a lanai) which gives shade from the sun. This then opens out
onto the main pool and deck area. The pool is 35ft x 15ft and ranges from
3ft to 6ft in depth. The pool and deck area can be illuminated at night. The
whole deck is covered by a mesh screen that keeps out any unwanted bugs but
lets the sun and air through. This covers the full width of the villa. There
are 2 tables, 10 chairs, sunloungers and ample sunbathing area. All doors
from the Villa onto the pool deck are alarmed for your children’s safety.
Our management team are on call 24hrs a day and will do their best to help
you.
We are proud of our Villa; we have furnished and decorated it to be our
home. We look forward to having you as guests in our home and have every
confidence that once you’ve stayed; you won’t want to stay anywhere else.
For your comfort pets are not allowed and we ask you to only smoke on the
pool deck.
As we said, our Villa is located on Indian Ridge which also has its own Communal Pool, Basketball Court and Football Area.
Indian Ridge is located off Old Lake Wilson Road, a short distance from
Highway 192 where many of the best shopping and eating-places can be found.
Also on the 192 is the large local supermarket called “Publix”
plus Wal-Mart and Target are not far away. Prices are
very good as is the selection.
For the golfers, “Champions Gate” is 10 minutes away where you will find 2
Greg Norman designed courses and is also home to the David Leadbetter Golf
Academy. Recently Annika Sorenstam has opened the "Annika
Academy" at Reunion which is even closer than Champions Gate. A couple of
good hits with a driver and you will be on the fairways at Reunion. There are also at least 30 other courses within 15 minutes of the
Villa.
If you are travelling with your Laptop, free wi-fi
is now available at Orlando International Airport.

visit!

Florida Keys: Start about 300 miles from the villa ending at Key West: 400
